The Push-up Challenge is one of the most successfu The Push-up Challenge is one of the most successful fitness-based mental health events in the world.  It has participants taking on 2,000 push-ups over 23 days with the option of fundraising for mental health as well. We are raising funds for our local CMHA branch:) CMHA Vernon provides a number of services including mental health wellness, housing, crisis line, youth programs and recreation/nutrition.The target number of push-ups varies from day to day during the event, to reflect a different mental health statistic.There’s a free app where participants can log their push-ups and see how others in the studio are doing! Click on the link to join in on the fun. Grab some friends and create a team or join an existing team. The studio has created a community where all the teams will be under.
