  • 26 & 2

    This 90-minute Hot Yoga class follows the Bikram sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room, promoting strength, flexibility, and detoxification.

  • Hot 60

    This 60 Min Hot Yoga Class is the unique Bikram sequence condensed into 60 min. You will do most postures twice and some only once still in the same sequence.

  • Hot Flow

    Energize your day with this upbeat 60-minute vinyasa flow class set to music—build strength, improve flexibility, and challenge your body and mind, all while moving with your breath and breaking a sweat.

  • IHP Express

    This is the same great Inferno Hot Pilates class we all love, just condensed into a 45min workout. Bring your mat, towel & water....be prepared to sweat and have an amazing workout!

  • IHP Weights

    Same great Inferno Hot Pilates class. We will be adding bands & weights to these classes to challenge your body and kick the workout up a notch!

  • Inferno Hot Pilates

    Recommended for ages 13+
    A high-energy, low-impact workout blending Pilates, cardio, and strength training in a heated room. Sculpt, sweat, and energize to upbeat music!

  • Inferno Hot Pilates- ABS

    Same great Inferno Hot Pilates class. In this class we will focus a bit more on your abs, while still getting that full body workout you crave!

  • Inferno L.A.B.

    Inferno L.A.B. is an action packed class focusing on your legs and butt. This class is 45min, it will leave your sore and craving more! We move with the beat, sweat and burn baby burn.

  • VinYin

    This class will start with a bit of Vinyasa Flow to warm the body up & move, after this we have Yin yoga to relax and lengthen. Such a great combination!

  • Yin Yoga

    Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that focuses on the connective tissues in the body: ligaments, tendons and fascia

  • Inferno 45

    This 45-minute full-body workout packs a punch with quick interval moves like squats, burpees, and planks—perfect for a time-efficient sweat.
