It’s the end of the standing series and now you can say, “Ahh… Savasana.”\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 For now,\u00a0 just a couple of thoughts.\u00a0\u00a0 During the standing series we are opening our muscles, ligaments and skeletal system.\u00a0 Now savasana gives us a chance to relax all the muscles that we have been stretching and moving.\u00a0 This will get us ready to move deeper into the internal organs during the floor postures.\u00a0\u00a0 There is much much more that can and will be said about savasana.\u00a0 We will go further in depth at the end of the floor series.
