Our Classes
Every Class We Offer in Vernon

Inferno Hot Pilates
The studio's signature 60-minute heated class. High energy, low impact, and built for a full-body challenge that leaves you stronger every time.
Inferno Hot Pilates Abs
A core-focused variation of IHP that maintains the full-body workout while putting extra attention on abdominal strength and deep stabilizer muscles.
IHP Express
Forty-five minutes of high-intensity Inferno Hot Pilates, condensed for busy schedules. A practical option for mornings, lunch breaks, or any day when time is short but the goal is not.
IHP Express with Weights
The 45-minute IHP Express format with bands and weights added to increase resistance and overall intensity. A strong option for students ready to push their practice further.
Inferno 45
A 45-minute interval-based workout built around squats, burpees, and planks. Inferno 45 brings serious effort into a compact, efficient format that works for all fitness levels.
Structured Sweat and Sculpt
A 45-minute class focused on stabilizer muscles and controlled intensity. Structured Sweat and Sculpt is precise, deliberate, and built for students who want to build functional strength without high-impact movement.
Yin Yoga
A slow, restorative practice targeting the connective tissues. Yin Yoga is the studio's recovery anchor, supporting flexibility, stress relief, and a calmer mind after a busy week.
VinYin
A hybrid class that opens with a Vinyasa flow and closes with Yin relaxation and lengthening. VinYin gives you the energy of movement and the restoration of stillness in one complete session.

Your Questions, Answered
Frequently Asked Questions About The Hot Room @Studio be
Do I need any experience to try a class at The Hot Room @Studio be?
No experience is required. The studio welcomes students of all fitness levels, from complete first-timers to long-time practitioners. Classes include clear cues and are structured so that newcomers can follow along comfortably from day one. The environment is supportive rather than competitive, so there is no pressure to keep up with anyone else in the room. Students ages 14 to 75 are welcome. What should I bring to my first heated yoga or Inferno Hot Pilates class?
For any heated class at The Hot Room @Studio be, you will need a mat, a towel, and water. These are the essential items for participating in the heated environment. Wearing comfortable, breathable workout clothing is also recommended. The studio team can help you get oriented before your first visit so you feel prepared walking in.What membership and pricing options are available?
The studio offers monthly auto-renewal memberships for students who want consistent, predictable access to classes. There is also a 10-class pack, valid for one full year from the date of purchase, giving you flexibility without a strict expiry window. Drop-in options are available as well for students who prefer to attend on a more occasional basis. Specific pricing details are available on the studio's pricing page. How is the Hot 60 class different from the Hot 26 and 2?
Both classes follow the same 26-posture Bikram sequence, but they differ in duration and pacing. The Hot 26 and 2 is the full traditional 90-minute class, covering all 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises at a thorough, methodical pace. The Hot 60 is a shortened 60-minute version of that same sequence, designed to be more accessible for beginners or students who want the core benefits of the Bikram format in a tighter time frame. It is not a Hot Flow class. What is Inferno Hot Pilates and how does it differ from yoga?
Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) is a high-energy, low-impact workout performed in a heated room. Unlike yoga, which focuses on postures, breath, and mindfulness, IHP is a fitness-forward class built around Pilates-inspired movements designed to challenge the full body, build strength, and increase cardiovascular endurance. It is the studio's most popular class format. Because it is low impact, it is accessible to a wide range of fitness levels while still delivering a serious workout. How do I book a class, and is there a difference between registering and booking?
Classes are booked online through the Mindbody platform. If you are a new student, you will need to register first to create your profile before you can reserve a class. Returning students with an existing profile can go straight to booking their next session. Keeping these two steps separate helps ensure your account and class reservations are tracked accurately within the system.Does the studio run classes every day of the week?
Yes. The Hot Room @Studio be offers classes seven days a week, including Sundays with an early 7:00 AM start time. The full weekly schedule is available through Mindbody, where you can view all available class times and formats and book your spot in advance. The seven-day schedule is designed to accommodate busy professionals, parents, students, and anyone else who needs flexibility in when they can practice. Is The Hot Room @Studio be suitable for older adults or people returning after an injury?
The studio welcomes students up to age 75 and is designed with accessibility in mind. Restorative options like Yin Yoga focus specifically on connective tissues, including ligaments, tendons, and fascia, making them well suited for students who need a gentler approach. The Yin Hybrid class also combines fascia work with gentle strengthening to support blood flow and stamina. All classes are led by instructors who can offer modifications, and the studio's beginner-friendly culture means no one is expected to push beyond what feels right for their body.
