Our yoga instructors and fitness teachers are at the heart of everything we do at The Hot Room @Studio be in Vernon, BC. From your very first class to your hundredth, the people guiding you through the heat are committed to making every session feel welcoming, supportive, and genuinely worthwhile. Whether you are brand new to hot yoga or a long-time practitioner, you will find experienced yoga instructors here who meet you exactly where you are.

Experienced Teachers, Genuine Community
The team at The Hot Room @Studio be brings together a range of teaching backgrounds across Inferno Hot Pilates, traditional 26 and 2, Yin Yoga, strength-focused classes, and everything in between. What unites them is a shared belief in the studio's core values: be strong, be yoga, be you. Each instructor creates a space where students from all walks of life, ages 14 to 75, feel capable and at home.
